一次線型判別函数法による正常および高血圧患者のベクトル心電図解析

Vectorcardiogram of Normal and Hypertensive Subjects Analized by Liniar Discriminant Function

　ベクトル心電図の普及とともに，Frank誘導法による正常および左室肥大の成績について，今日まで多くの論文が見られる。またRikli^1）〜3）らによって心電図に応用された一次線型判別函数法は，その後ベクトル心電図にも応用されるようになった。われわれはFrank誘導法を用いた正常および高血圧症ベクトル心電図を，一次線型判別函数法により分類し，その診断に寄与する測定項目を選出したのでここに報告する。

Frank lead system VCG of normal subjects (62 cases) and hypertensive patients (82 cases) was analyzed by linear discriminant function. In this analysis, following five factors were used as parameters: QRS-T angle, T-Azimuth, QRS eleva-tion, maximal T amplitude and maximal QRS amplitude.

With this function using these five parameters,both groups were discriminated at the discrimi-nant efficiency of 77.03%.
