完全大血管転換を伴った心内膜床欠損症

Endocardial Cushion Defect with Complete Transposition

はじめに

　心内膜床欠損症（ECD）に，他の心奇形が合併する，いいかえれば，他の心血管奇形にECDが合併することは，しばしばみられることであるが，situs solitus，正常脾でありながらECDに完全大血管転換（TGA）を伴うことは非常に稀である。

　われわれは，臨床診断Taussig-Bing症候群の疑いで検査中，脳膿瘍のため不幸の転機をとった23歳の男性の病理解剖の結果，ECDにTGAを合併していることを認めたので，その症例報告に文献的考察を加え，ここに報告する。

This is a case report of 23 years old male with severe cyanosis, dyspnea and hemoptesls. At 23 years old, this patient died of cardiac failure associated with brain abscess. Surgical treatment was not done. In autopsy, the di-agnosis of endocardial cushion defect with complete transpositlon was obtained. Pulmonic stenosis was not found. The patient had nor-mal abdominal organs and situs solitus.
