1. In 80 cases over 60 years of age who were examined for mass survey vectorcardiograms weretaken by Frank's, Grishman's and Burch's method and they were compared with other data of exa—minations : electrocardiograms, serum cholesterol level, β/α ratio of serum lipoprotein, ophthalmo—scopic findings, urine protein and 60 mm. single photofluorograms.
2. The T vector loop, especially that obtained by Frank's method, was found to be circular in most cases of hypercholesterolemia. This relation—ship was found to he statistically significant in the concordant group between QRS loop and T loop, but not in the discordant group.
