要旨●“画質の三角”に基づく胃X線撮影法の習得方法を提案する．標的部位を考慮した画像精度指標として（1）造影効果，（2）描出範囲，（3）ポジショニングを設定した．これらを“画質の三角”とし，すべて適切な状態で撮影することを到達目標とした．（1）まず，造影効果良好な画像を得ることを基本とし，基準撮影法を習得する．（2）基準撮影法に習熟した段階で，描出範囲をできるだけ広くする撮影を心がけ，応用手技の十二指腸流出防止法を習得する．（3）さらに，標的部位を最適に現すポジショニングを行い，特に撮影の難しい前壁撮影ではバスタオルのり巻き法を習得する．習得に当たっては，難易度を考慮しながら基本から応用へと段階的に行うことが推奨される．

　The proposed method to learn stomach radiography is based on the triangle of image quality, i.e., picture precision indexes which are : contrast medium, field of view, and positioning. The goal of stomach radiography is the optimization of these three indexes and to achieve an appropriate image of the target. 1）The use of contrast medium allows the acquisition of a high quality image by a standardized method. 2）A duodenum spill prevention method requiring a high degree of manual dexterity allows the greatest field of view. 3）Positioning that allows the most informative imaging is demonstrated, including a bath towel norimaki method, particularly for difficult anterior wall radiography. A step-by-step learning approach is recommended for stomach radiography due to its degree of difficulty.
