Upper Gastrointestinal Screening System Using World's First Mobile Vehicle with Transnasal Endoscopy

要旨●当院では2008年より世界初の経鼻内視鏡専用検診車を利用して，さまざまな事業所への出張内視鏡検診を行っている．楽で安全，受けやすく，かつ精度の高い経鼻内視鏡検診にて早期癌が発見され，低侵襲な内視鏡治療にて根治せしめる時代の到来である．

　Since 2008, we have performed screening with upper gastrointestinal endoscopy using the world's first dedicated vehicle for transnasal endoscopy on company property. The time has come : an early cancer was discovered in nasal endoscopic screening with safe and high precision, and the lesion was radically treated using the minimally invasive endoscopic technique.
