A 63-year-old woman was referred to our hospital complaining of respiratory discomfort. Examinations revealed a left atrial tumor, and it was resected completely. Microscopic findings of the resected specimen showed MFH(malignant fibrous histiocytoma). 4 years after surgery, she complained about epigastric discomfort. EGD(esophagogastroduodenoscopy)revealed a submucosal tumor of the duodenum, and pathology comfirmed metastatic MFH. She died because of heart failure and respiratory failure 6 years after surgery.
