要旨　患者は63歳，女性．上腹部痛のため近医で上部消化管内視鏡検査を受け，胃のねじれ様の所見を認めたため，当院に紹介された．諸検査より胃粘膜下腫瘍の十二指腸への逸脱と考えて外科的治療を行った．手術標本の病理学的検索から，ポリープ状を呈した胃粘膜下異所腺の十二指腸への逸脱と考えられた．本例の胃粘膜下異所腺は巨大で独特の形状であり，また十二指腸への逸脱という極めて珍しい所見を呈していたため報告した．

　A 63-year-old woman visited our hospital, because she had a tortuous lesion in the stomach detected by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in another clinic. As further examination showed a submucosal tumor in the stomach prolapsed to the duodenum, partial gastrectomy was performed. Histologically, this submucosal tumor was diagnosed as submucosal heterotopia of the gastric glands in the stomach. This is an extremely rare case as regards the shape of the submucosal heterotopia of the gastric glands.
