上顎洞血瘤腫9例の臨床的検討

Clinical study of nine cases of hemangioma of the maxillary sinus

はじめに

　上顎洞血瘤腫は，上顎洞内において出血と器質化が繰り返され腫瘤が形成される臨床上の診断名である。出血を繰り返すことで増大し圧排性に骨を破壊し，時に，上顎洞前壁を越えて頬部まで進展する。外科的治療が基本となり，手術の際には術前の血管塞栓術や外頸動脈の結紮など，出血を最小限にする対策が取られる場合が多い。今回，当科で経験した上顎洞血瘤腫の9例について検討し，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Measures are often conducted to minimize bleeding perioperatively for maxillary sinus hemangiomas. Here, we reviewed nine cases of maxillary sinus hemangioma treated between November 2011 and October 2021. Preoperative hemostatic measures allow safe surgical treatment, including cases of large tumors extending under the cheek. Various opinions exist regarding the necessity of preoperative embolization, and further investigations are required.
