精巣腫瘍の日本人の罹患率は人口10万対0.7～1.1と非常に低く，4歳以下と25～34歳の2峰性にピークをもつ^1）。

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the testis is an extremely rare malignancy, and there are no reports on US and CT, MR imaging. Therefore, the purpose of this report is to describe these images and to revel its clinical features with previous literature. In this case, the patient presented with a substantial component with necrosis, hemorrhage, and cystic degeneration, so it was difficult to diagnosis it from a non–seminomas. However, the clinical features such as onset at over 50 years of age, pain, and raise tumor marker SCC were different from seminomas and non–seminomas, so these may be useful in diagnosing primary squamous cell carcinoma in the testis.
