desmoplastic small round cell tumor（DSRCT）は，小児から若年成人男性の腹膜腔・後腹膜に好発する，極めてまれで予後不良な悪性腫瘍である。病理学的には小円形細胞の密な増殖と豊富な線維性間質の介在がみられることが特徴である。今回我々は，CT/MRIにて特徴的と思われた所見を呈したDSRCTの2例を経験したので報告する。

Desmoplastic small round cell tumor（DSRCT）is a rare and highly malignant abdominal tumor, for which preoperative diagnosis has been reported to be difficult. We report two cases of DSRCT, both showing vessel penetration, prolonged enhancement and relatively low apparent diffusion coefficient value on CT/MRI, which was considered to reflect pathological features of DSRCT and could be characteristic imaging findings of this rare entity.
