線維形成性小円形細胞腫瘍（desmoplastic small round cell tumor：DSRCT）は若年者，特に男性の腹腔内に好発する予後不良な腫瘍である。発見時点で転移や播種が見つかることも多いうえに予後は悪く，現時点で確立した治療法はない。今回，血便症状で発見された若年男性のDSRCTの1例を経験したので報告する。

Desmoplastic small round cell tumor（DSRCT）is a tumor with a poor prognosis that occurs frequently in the abdominal cavity of young people, especially males. Herein, we report a case of DSRCT in a young man located in the left upper quadrant.

A large intra-abdominal mass of unknown origin in a young male with metastatic or disseminated lesions should be included in the differential diagnosis of this disease. However, there are no specific image findings, and the diagnosis should be made in conjunction with other clinical information.
