高分化乳頭状中皮腫瘍（well-differentiated papillary mesothelial tumor：WDPMT）はまれな特殊型中皮腫で，生殖年齢の女性の腹膜に好発する^1）。WDPMTは術中に偶然発見されることが多く，画像的な検討をされることが少ない。WDPMTの腫瘍内部に多嚢胞性中皮腫（multicystic peritoneal mesothelioma：MCPM）が合併した症例の報告はあるが^1），本症例のように腫瘍内部だけでなく大網や腸間膜にもMCPMを合併した報告は渉猟し得た限りなく，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

This report details a unique case of coexisting well-differentiated papillary mesothelial tumor（WDPMT）and multicystic peritoneal mesothelioma（MCPM）, with MCPM present both in the peritoneum and within the WDPMT. To the best of our knowledge, this rare occurrence has not been reported previously in the literature. WDPMT is a complex entity that can involve various tissues, and its diagnosis can be aided by CT and MRI.
