デスモイド腫瘍は，骨格筋・筋膜から発生する線維芽細胞増殖性の軟部腫瘍で，我が国では年間300～400人に発症するまれな疾患である^1）。今回，異時性異所性に再発した胸壁デスモイド腫瘍に対して行われた放射線治療が，患者のactivities of daily living（ADL）の改善に有用であった1例を報告する。

We experienced unusual case of metachronous and ectopic recurrence from the chest wall desmoid tumor. The patient was a 52-year-old man. Metachronous and ectopic recurrent tumors were irradiated（37.5 Gy-46 Gy；single dose 2 Gy-2.5 Gy）using a high-energy linear accelerator（10 MV X-ray）. The recurrent tumors decreased or disappeared after radiotherapy. We think the radiation dose of the desmoid tumor is within the range that does not exceed the tolerance dose of organ at risk of near part of the tumor to prevent late complication.
