緩徐増大するatypical perifissural noduleの所見を伴った原発性肺髄膜腫の1例

A case report of primary pulmonary meningiomas（PPM）as a slow-growing atypical perifissural nodule（PFN）

原発性肺髄膜腫（primary pulmonary meningioma：PPM）は一般的には良性の腫瘍性病変とされている。異所性髄膜腫はまれであり，その大部分は頭部および傍脊椎の軟部組織や皮下に発生するため，肺に原発する髄膜腫はさらにまれである^1）。今回我々は，緩除に増大するatypical perifissural nodule（atypical PFN）の画像所見を呈したPPMの1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We reported a case of PPM that presented as a slowly growing atypical PFN. Based on the previous review and case reports, PPM may be in contact with pleura, interlobular septa and pulmonary veins, and may resemble PFN on CT. When atypical PFN grows slowly over time, not only IPLN but also PPM might be considered as a differential diagnosis.
