自己免疫性膵炎と浸潤性膵管癌が併存する例はしばしば報告があるが，本症例のように浸潤性膵管癌を取り囲むように自己免疫性膵炎が併存する例は非常にまれと考えられる。今回若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 66-year-old woman was diagnosed with high CA19-9 levels during a medical examination. Dynamic CT showed a mass of 45mm in the tail of the pancreas. Histologically, the margins of the mass were considered to be lymphoplasmacytic sclerosing pancreatitis（LPSP）, but the central region of the LPSP was accompanied by an image of invasive pancreatic ductal carcinoma. The patient was diagnosed as invasive pancreatic ductal carcinoma associated with autoimmune pancreatitis.
