腎angiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts（AMLEC）の1例

A case of renal angiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts

腎血管筋脂肪腫（angiomyolipoma：AML）は筋性血管，平滑筋線維，成熟脂肪組織よりなる腫瘍であるが，近年AMLの極めてまれな亜型として，AMLに上皮性嚢胞成分を伴うangiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts（AMLEC）が提唱された^1）2）。AMLECはまだ症例が少なく，さらに様々な画像所見を呈するため，腎癌と鑑別に苦慮することがある。今回，腎癌として部分切除されたAMLECの症例を経験したので，文献的考察を含め報告する。

Angiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts（AMLEC）is extremely rare variant of fat-poor AML that contains epithelial-lined cysts. On CT, AMLEC shows cystic tumor with enhancing solid components, and thus mimicking renal cell carcinoma. We herein report a case of AMLEC incidentally detected on FDG-PET/CT for staging breast cancer.
