神経鞘腫はSchwann細胞由来の腫瘍であり，頭頸部，体幹，四肢の軟部組織に発生することが多いとされ，腸間膜に発生することは非常にまれである。今回，診断に難渋した腸間膜発生の神経鞘腫の1例を経験したため報告する。
We report a case of schwannoma in sigmoid mesentery. Schwannoma often occurs in head and neck, trunk and limbs, in contrast it is very rare to occur in the mesentery. FDG uptake of schwannomas varies, and it is difficult to differentiate them from other mesenteric tumors by FDG uptake.
