治療前のリンパ腫において石灰化は非常にまれであり，過去の報告では0.84％と報告されている^1）。今回我々はアミロイド沈着により著明な石灰化を伴った胸腺のリンパ腫を経験したため，画像所見と文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A male in his 60 s had a thymic mass with marked calcification and an enlarged lymph node in the right neck. A parotid gland atrophy was detected on cervical MRI and Sjogren’s syndrome was diagnosed. Biopsy of the lymph nodes and resection of the thymic tumor revealed low-grade B-cell lymphoma with marked plasma cell differentiation, and thymic calcification was amyloid deposits. Lymphoma with plasma cell differentiation is known to be associated with amyloidosis, but it is extremely rare in the thymus with only one case reported in the past.
