サルコイドーシスは1877年に初めて記載された非乾酪性肉芽腫を特徴とする，病因が不明な全身性肉芽腫性疾患である^1）。サルコイドーシスは，頭蓋内に単一の病変としてみられることはまれで，頭蓋内や頭蓋外に複数の病変としてみられることが多い^2）。今回，我々は頭蓋内外に複数の病変を認めたサルコイドーシスの1例を経験したので報告する。

A 45-year-old man presented with headache for 6 months. Head CT and MRI revealed multiple mass lesions involving the dura, the left orbit, the left parietal periosteum, and the bilateral temporalis muscles. The patient underwent biopsy of the temporalis muscle, and was diagnosed with sarcoidosis. We consider the distribution of the lesions is the key finding as it may differentiate sarcoidosis from other diseases.
