鼻副鼻腔乳頭腫を背景に扁平上皮癌が発生する報告は散見されるが，乳頭腫を背景に発生した扁平上皮癌がトルコ鞍部に進展した症例報告は検索しえた限り見当たらない。今回我々は，トルコ鞍部への進展を認めた鼻腔～蝶形骨洞乳頭腫合併扁平上皮癌の症例を経験したため，文献的考察とともに報告する。

A male in his 50’s presented with nasal obstruction for two years. CT and MRI revealed a partially striped mass extending from the sphenoid sinus into the sella turcica and involving the pituitary gland. Histopathology revealed squamous cell carcinoma associated with papilloma. Careful examination of the lesion and surrounding changes on imaging can lead to diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma arising from papilloma.
