多形腺腫は中年女性に多く，唾液腺腫瘍の中で最も頻度の高い良性腫瘍である^1）。多形腺腫は上皮性成分の増殖と，粘液腫様基質増生や軟骨様組織の形成などの間葉性成分を有する混合腫瘍であり，多様な組織像を呈する^2）。しかし，その中で脂肪組織を広範に含むことはまれである。今回，広範な脂肪組織を含んだ多形腺腫を経験し，鑑別に苦慮したため報告する。

Lipomatous pleomorphic adenoma of the palotid gland are uncommon. Pleomorphic adenomas are more common in middle-aged women, and the most frequent benign tumors in salivary gland tumors. Pleomorphic adenomas are mixed tumors that have epithelial components and mesenchymal components such as mucus-like matrix hyperplasia and formation of cartilage-like tissue, and exhibit diverse histologic features. However, it is rare to widely contain adipose tissue among them. we report a case of pleomorphic adenoma that contains a wide range of adipose tissue, because I had difficulty in discrimination.
