Sjögren症候群を背景に発症した耳下腺由来のMALTリンパ腫の1例

A case of MALT lymphoma of parotid gland

MALTリンパ腫は，MALT（mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue）を発生母地とするB細胞性悪性リンパ腫の一種である。耳下腺原発腫瘍は良性が非常に多く，悪性リンパ腫の中でも特にMALTリンパ腫は少ないが，MALTリンパ腫はSjögren症候群合併例が多いことが報告されている。

A 70-year-old woman presented with swelling of the lower part of her ear. CT and MRI revealed swelling of the left parotid gland, atrophy of the right one, and calcification and cysts in the bilateral parotid glands. We diagnosed this case as MALT lymphoma associated with Sjögren syndrome from the clinical and image findinds. It is important to make a comprehensive diagnosis not only by image findings, but also by examining clinical ones.
