近年のがん治療のパラダイムシフトを引き起こした免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の開発および臨床導入は我々臨床医に新たな課題を与えている。

Immune checkpoint inhibition with the anti-CTLA-4 antibody and the anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies has improved survival in numerous type of cancer. On the other hand, treatment with such immune-checkpoint inhibitors is accompanied by immune-related adverse events（irAEs）. The major irAEs include diarrhea, colitis, hepatitis, skin toxicities and endocrinopathies such as hypophysitis and thyroid dysfunction. Here, we have reviewed an approach to management for each class of irAE.
