multicystic biliary hamartomaは2006年にZenらが提唱した比較的新しい疾患概念であり，画像所見に関する報告は少ない。今回我々は造影ダイナミックCTおよびEOB造影MRIを施行したmulticystic biliary hamartomaの1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We report a case of multicystic biliary hamartoma which was incidentally detected by ultrasound in a 40’s female. CT showed an ill-defined mass of about 8 cm in diameter in the right lobe of the liver, which consisted of multilocular cystic and solid parts. In gadoxetic acid-enhanced MR imaging, the solid part showed an uptake of gadoxetic acid. Histopathological examination revealed that the lesion was composed of ductal structures, periductal glands, and fibrous connective tissues, and the diagnosis of multicystic biliary hamartoma was made.
