Building Telenursing Consultation System for COVID-19 Recovery Accommodation Facilities Users

要旨

【目的】本報告は，COVID-19軽症者等宿泊療養施設入所者に対し，看護相談システムを試行した経験から，災害時の緊急遠隔看護相談システムの構築に資する知見の提供を目的とする．

【方法】電話・SNSによる看護相談システムの開発・運用において，システム構築のプロセスと結果の記述により，システム構築を可能にした要因とサービス提供を維持する上での課題を提示する．

【結果】看護相談システムは，クラウドコールセンターシステムを活用した電話相談とSNS相談を組み合わせた．この方法は，相談対応者も各自の職場や自宅から応対することが可能である一方で，関係機関との連携と緊急時対応体制の確立が重要な取り組みであった．

【考察】感染症パンデミックにおける接触制限と感染者のプライバシー保護の観点から，今回の遠隔相談システムは，これらの諸条件を満たした上で，感染者からの心身の健康面の相談にタイムリーに対応できる新たな看護提供方法として提言できるものであると考える．

Abstract

[Purpose]

This report, drawing on experience from constructing a nursing consultation system for users of COVID-19 Recovery Accommodation Facilities, provides knowledge that can contribute to the creation of an emergency telenursing consultation system for use in the event of a disaster.

[Method]

The development and operation process of a telephone/SNS Nursing consultation system are described, and the requirements that enabled the system's construction and the challenges in maintaining service provision are presented.

[Results]

The previous nursing consultation system was combined with phone consultation using a cloud call center system and SNS consultation. Furthermore, the coordination and establishment of an emergency response system were notable aspects of the nursing consultation system.

[Discussion]

Surmounting the problems of contact restrictions and privacy protection that arise during pandemics, this telenursing system satisfies the conditions and offers timely consultation on mental and physical health to infected people. This system could be a new method for providing nursing care.
