スマートフォンを用いた胸腔鏡トレーニングボックスの作製と胸腔鏡手術トレーニング

◆要旨：スマートフォンは現在，国内でも一般的に普及しており，そのカメラ機能はビデオカメラと同等以上の性能を有する．昨今，様々な内視鏡手術トレーニングボックスの自作の報告はあるものの，スマートフォンを用いたトレーニングボックス作製の報告はまだみられない．今回筆者らは，スマートフォンをカメラに用いて，そのほかの躯体なども市販品や廃品を用いてトレーニングボックスを作製した．若手医師の自然気胸の初執刀に先立ち，このトレーニングボックスを用いて，トレーニングを行い安全な手術の完遂が可能であったので報告する．

Smartphones are currently very popular in Japan, and the performance of smartphone cameras is almost equivalent to that of video cameras. In recent years, several reports have documented the development of self-made endoscopic surgery training boxes; however, no report has documented creating a training box using a smartphone. Here, we report the use of a smartphone camera for creating an endoscopic training box by utilizing commercially available products. We used this training box prior to a young doctor's first surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax. The surgery was performed safely after this training.
