外耳・中耳奇形を伴った乳突・中耳奇形腫の1例

Teratoma of the Middle Ear and Mastoid with Malformation of the Mliddle and External Ear

I．緒言

　奇形腫は発生部位にかかわりなく2種類以上の胚葉に由来する^1）ものである。中耳，乳突洞に原発する良性腫瘍は比較的稀^2）で，なかでも奇形腫の報告は3例にすぎない。

　今回われわれは両側外耳奇形（耳介奇形と外耳道狭小）および両側中耳奇形（耳小骨奇形）ならびに左乳突腔，中耳腔に原発した奇形腫を有する患児の1例を経験したのでその臨床像と病理組織所見について報告し，併せて本腫瘍の病理発生について考察する。

　An 11-year-old boy presented with congenital malformation of the sound conducting apparatus, (auricular deformity, narrow external meatus and ossicular anomaly) of the both ears.

　He had lateral semicircular canal fenestration of the right car at age 3. During contemplated reconstructive surgery of the left ear, a tumor in the middle ear and mastoid cavity was found.

　Histopathological study of the tumor revealed teraloma with 2 germ layers, both ectodermal and mesodermal.

　A review of the literature revealed 3 previously reported cases of teratoma of the middle ear and mastoid cavity.
