　さ手立て：がんの特性ともぐらたたき様治療からも完全治癒のクライテリアはなく再発は避けて通れない。念のためほんのわずか追加した再発処置でも経過が大きく変わる^1）ため，あとあとの長いお付合いも心して所見の違いや経過に応じて草取りを行う。既治療後再三再発したT3N3上顎扁平上皮癌例はそのつどの外来処置で形態機能保存を自覚すると，本人も再発を冷静に受け止めて日々是好日と何でも食べて仕事に励みだすと再発しなくなった。心理動揺の相転移^1,2）で示したように，治療の一翼を本人が分担したためと考えている。その折りの治療は鼻中隔の珊瑚色豆状隆起の再発巣を鋭匙で掘り取るさいに，葡萄色の異形成が強そうな個所は残し制癌剤軟膏を塗市して次回おとなしくなってから清掃した。臨床的におとなしいというのは見掛けだけで，数多くのチェックできないミクロの状態で左右されて偶然が入る。あいまい集合のメンバーシップ関数でも真中の平衡状態は数が多く情報が蓄積すると確率が高くなって，ミクロの状態の数はエネルギー分布から解けるように，がんが増殖して活性が増すと相互関係が変わり所見が違ってくるから全体のパターンで捕えて偶然に対処するわけで，ホロン的操作ともいえよう。

　Inspection is the fundamental technique in the clinical consultation. The table of color and brightness was made in relation to cancer. It is available to inspect a clinical course of each kind of cancer by comparing the table. Findings obtained by inspection was reconstructed through the knowledge and experience of each doctor and it means the findings of the disease does not mean the absolute ones. We explained in this study some of our experience and knowledge concerning the inspection and also showed our therapeutic procedures. In the early discovery of cancer, analogical inspection sometimes play an important part than the digital histological examination. A group therapy and consultation in combination with a general practitioner and a medical specialist has good effect to the inspection (or visual consultation) and the cancer therapy including the recurrence of cancer.
