I．はじめに

　喉頭に発生する肉腫は比較的少なく，とくにその中でも軟骨肉腫は国内においては過去数例の報告をみるにすぎない。今回われわれは輪状軟骨より発生したと思われる軟骨肉腫を経験したので報告する。

　A case of chondrosarcoma in a 74-year-old man complaining of stridor and dyspnea was reported.

　Laryngogram, hypopharyngogram and CT scan were useful to see the size and extent of the tumor.

　Total laryngectomy was performed, because irradiation and chemotherapy was not effective for this tumor, and the clinical symptoms such as dyspnea and stridor were severe in this case.
