I．はじめに

　頭頸部に発生する血管肉腫は比較的稀な疾患である。発生部位としてはほとんどが頭皮および顔面の皮膚であり，ついで鼻腔，副鼻腔，土咽頭，頭蓋骨，下顎骨などの骨組織よりの発生が報告^1〜4）されている。しかし喉頭の血管肉腫はPrattら^5）の15例の報告がみられる程度できわめて稀である。われわれは最近喉頭血管肉腫の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　Angiosarcoma of the larynx in a man, aged 67, is reported. Review of the literature disclosed 16 previously published cases of angiosarcoma of the larynx.

　Angiosarcoma of the head and neck region is highly invasive malignant tumor. For optimal therapy, we recommend radical and surgical removal of the primary tumor. Radiation therapy alone should be reserved for palliation, and used primarily as an adjunct to the surgical excision of the tumors.
