I．はじめに

　Cementifying fibroma（セメント質形成性線維腫）は，良性歯原性腫瘍のうち中胚葉性歯芽腫のセメント質腫に属し，主として下顎に好発し緩慢に発育する珍しい腫瘍である。組織学的に石灰化した好塩基性のセメント質様組織と細胞に富む線維組織から成るものである。筆者らは左篩骨洞原発の非常に稀な症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of expanding cementifying fibroma of the left ethmoid sinus is described. The clinical and histopathological features and treatment of this rare benign tumor are elaborated. Good cosmetic results were obtained by using the simular method to Ogino's osteoplastic method for treatment of frontal sinus disorders.
