篩骨洞結石の1例

Ethmoidal antrolith：A case report

I．はじめに

　鼻・副鼻腔結石は，本邦での報告は約170例と比較的少ない。発生部位のほとんどを鼻腔や上顎洞が占めており，われわれの渉猟し得る限り篩骨洞結石は本例を含め17例であった^2～11）。今回われわれは，篩骨洞結石の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 63-year-old male complained of bilateral nasal obstruction and anosmia. On the preoperative examination by CT scan,a foreign body was found in the right ethmoid sinus. The caliculus was removed easily by endoscopic sinus surgery. The caliculus was milky white,oval shaped,and weighed 1.9 gr（16×10×10 mm）without core. The main component was calcium phosphate（95％）.
