I．はじめに
今回，我々は再発を繰り返した，巨大な頸部神経線維腫の1例に対し摘出手術を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を含めて報告する。
A cases of a large neurofibroma of the neck in a 79-year-old female was reported.
The patient was operated on several times, but she developed a large neck tumor. The tumor was neurofibroma ou histpathological examination.
The tumor, weighed 750g, was completely removed and no recurrence was observed for a year after operation.
