後部篩骨洞，蝶形骨洞に原発したと考えられる軟骨腫の1症例

Chondroma of Paranasal Sinuses: Report of A Case

　I．緒言

　軟骨腫は，その発生頻度からみれば，癌腫，肉腫に次ぐものであるが，大部分は手足の管状骨，または胸骨・肩甲骨などの扁平骨にみられ，頭頸部にみられることは稀である。頭頸部では，鼻中隔・篩骨洞あるいは喉頭に比較的多くみられる。鼻副鼻腔領域での，軟骨腫・軟骨肉腫の報告は，1836年Morgan以来，1870年Durhan，1887年Morell-Mackengieの報告があり，1911年Schwerdtfegerは40例の報告をしている。本邦においては，1928年潮，1929年大沢^8）の報告以来10数例の報告がある。1978年原田^9）は2例報告している。今回我々の報告する軟骨腫は，後部篩骨洞から蝶形骨洞にかけて初発し，長い経過のもとに数度にわたり手術を受けている稀な症例である。

　A case of chondroma in the paranasal sinuses is reported. A woman, aged 54, complained of visual disturbance and exophthalmus. The tumor weighed 60g after its removal, and histological diagnosis was chondroma. Postoperatively a part of the tumor remained, and this patient has been under observation.
