I．はじめに

　われわれは，呼吸困難感を訴えたlaryngopyoceleの1例を経験し，これを全麻下にて全摘出したので報告する。

　A 62-year-old male complained of dyspnea and a swelling of the neck. Tracheostomy was performed, then followed by total removal of a laryngopyocele under general anesthesia. This case suggested the internal type of laryngocele which was suddenly enlarged after infection. Tracheostomy was necessary in such case of a huge laryngocele or pyocele before the total removal.
