外耳道に発生したcylindromaの1症例

Cylindroma of the External Ear Canal

I．はじめに

　外耳道に原発する悪性腫瘍は比較的稀で，病理組織学的には扁平上皮癌が最も多く認められており，cylindromaの報告は数少ない。耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるcylindromaの発生部位の多くは，大・小唾液腺であり，口腔あるいは鼻腔，副鼻腔，咽頭などの上気道粘膜にもみられているが，外耳道に原発した本腫瘍の報告は稀である。我々は珍しい外耳道原発のcylindromaを経験したので報告する。

　A male aged 63 developed a cylindroma primarily occurred in the external ear canal.

　Systemic administration of 5-Fu was found not much effective, and as infiltration of tumor was further observed in the middle cranial fossa by CT scanning, extirpation of the tumor was performed. As the result of radiation at 4, 000 rad., complete disappearance of the tumor was observed both macrospically and by CT scanning, and the patient has been in good health for the 18 posto-perative months.
