Cogan症候群の1例

A Case of Cogan's Syndrome

I．はじめに

　Cogan症候群は非梅毒性実質性角膜炎に前庭および蝸牛症状が加わった疾患で，1945年にCoganが最初の4例を報告したことに由来する。以来米国では多くの報告をみるようになったが，本邦では筆者らの知る限りいまだ4例の報告を数えるにすぎない。病因としては，ウイルス感染，アレルギー，膠原病などの諸説がある。今回われわれは皮膚生検と臨床像により，結節性多発性動脈炎と診断しえた本症を経験したので，病因につき考察を加え，報告する。

　A case of Cogan's syndrome is reported in addition to 4 cases reported in Japan.

　A 67-year-old man, complaining of ocular pain, vertigo and deafness, suffured from fever, arthralgia and epigastralgia. Many papules appeared over his nape, elbow, waist and back of hands. The pathological diagnosis of skin biopsy was angitis vasculitis allergica cutis, and accordingly Cogan's syndrome was diagnosed.
