I．緒言

　喉頭に発生する神経鞘腫は比較的稀な良性腫瘍であるが，今回われわれは喉頭蓋に原発した巨大な神経鞘腫の1例を経験した。本症の詳細な電顕像については，これまで高橋ら^1）の報告をみるのみであるが，われわれも今回電顕的観察を行い，多少彼らと異なる所見をえたので，これに文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　The patient was a 32-year-old woman and complained of dysphagia. A tumor was dissected from its stalk to the right margin of the epiglottis through a direct laryngoscope. Light microscopic examination revealed neurinoma of Antoni A type.

　A review of the Japanese literature showed 30 cases of laryngeal neurinoma, and they were observed statistically in this paper. Moreover, the tumor was examined by transmission electron microscope, and the findings of the laryngeal neurinoma was discussed.
