はじめに
神経鞘腫は，Schwann鞘に由来する代表的良性腫瘍であり，全身至るところに生じ得る。しかし，その喉頭発生例は，われわれが検索し得た範囲では，現在まで本邦で63例ほどに過ぎない。
今回われわれは，左披裂部より発生した喉頭神経鞘腫を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。
Laryngeal schwannoma is not common.
A patient was 30 years old man, and a tumor in the left arytenoid was removed under general anesthasia by microlarvngeal surgery. It was mea-sured 30x25x18mm in size, 7.5g in weight.
Sixty-three cases of laryngeal schwannoma were reported in Japan before 1999, and we analyzed the surgical treatments statistically.
