喉頭神経鞘腫の1例

Schwannoma of the larynx：A case report

Ⅰ．はじめに

　神経鞘腫は髄鞘を構成するシュワン細胞から発生する良性腫瘍で全身の皮下，筋肉など軟部組織に好発する^1）。しかし，喉頭原発のものは比較的稀である^1）。今回われわれは披裂部正中部の粘膜下に発生した神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

　We reported a rare case of schwannoma arising from the arytenoid. A 74-year-old male presented with husky voice without abnormal findings but a submucosal laryngeal mass was found on fibroscopic examination. MR image sequences suggested a benign tumor because of a well margined lesion with low intensity in T1 and high intensity in T2 windows. Removed specimens showed schwannoma mixed with Antoni A and B,however the nerve the schwannoma originated from was undetectable.
