I．緒言
粘液腫は稀な疾患で，本邦耳鼻咽喉科においては，わずか数例の報告がなされているにすぎない。われわれは最近，52歳の男性の鼻翼に発生した本症の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Myxoma is rarely seen in otorhinolaryngological literatures.
A male, aged 52, was admitted for a swelling in the left nasal wing without any other complaints. A mass was removed under local anesthesia, and the jelly-like tumor was pathologically identified as a primary myxoma.
Although this tumor belongs to the benign group, extensive resection should be clone because of its infiltrative growth.
