咽喉頭異常感と喉頭嚢腫

Foreign-body Sensation in the Throat Due to Laryngeal Cyst

I．はじめに

　日常臨床において，咽喉頭部の異常感，閉塞感を訴えて外来を受診する患者はかなり頻繁にみられる。これらの症例の中には，耳鼻科的視診によっては局所に器質的病変を認めないものがあり，それは咽喉頭異常感症と呼ばれ，最近注口されている。

　我々は，咽喉頭異常感や嗄声を主訴とした喉頭嚢腫を経験したので，報告する。

In 5 cases of laryngeal cyst surgically removed there were 2 males and 3 females, and 3 patients were above fifty years old.

3 cases had cysts of the epiglottic region and 2 cases were accompanied by the vocal cord polyp. The authors discussed about the followings :

1) the origin and classification of the cysts.

2) the relation between laryngeal cyst and foreign body sensation in the throat.

3) complications (the vocal cord polyp)
