　I．はじめに

　聴器に発生する腫瘍は稀であるといわれている。当科にて約4年間に5例の聴器悪性腫瘍を経験したので，その経過，処置を表1にまとめて報告し，諸家のご批判を仰ぎたい。

　Five cases of cancer of the external ear have beentreated in past four years in our clinic. These included three cases of squamous cell carcinoma and two of adenocystic carcinoma. They were treated either with radiation and surgery. In surgery en-block resection and reconstruction with myocutaneous flap technique was employed.

　The authors suggested the effectiveness of the myocutaneous reconstruction technique with radical and wide resection of the pina, the temporal bone and the surrounding cutaneous tissue.
