序言
聴器に発生する癌腫は比較的稀であり，本邦文献中60数例を見るに過ぎない。余等は当院に於て此が1例を得たので報告する。
Ichihara reports a case of epithelioma that occurred in the temporal bone. A diagnosis of mastoiditis was made in a man, aged 50, who gave a history of having had continuous aural discharge from the age of 25 when he fell from the horseback sustaining injury to that ear. Mastoidectomy was performed. Microscopic examination of mastoid scrapings showed epi-thelioma.
