視力障害を合併した篩骨洞嚢胞の2例

Two Cases of Ethmoidal Cyst Associated with Visual Disturbance

I．はじめに

　後部副鼻腔疾患に視力障害を伴うことは，Onodi（1904）^1）以来広く知られているが，成因その他については不明な点が多い。我々は視力障害を呈した篩骨洞嚢胞の2例を報告し，診断においてCTの有用性を確認したので，その概要を報告するとともに視力障害の成因について文献的考察を行った。

　In two cases of ethmoidal cyst associated with visual disturbance, computed tomography was very useful for the diagnosis. Early surgical management resulted in remarkable improvement of visual disturbance. The literature and the previous reports of the ethmoidal cysts associated with visual disturbance were reviewed.
