前鼻孔とくに内鼻孔閉鎖症の手術

A METHOD OF OPERATION FOR MEMBRANOUS CLOSURE OF THE ANTERIOR NARE

　前鼻孔閉鎖症は比較的稀なものとされているが，交通外傷の増加につれ，近年症例数もふえ，治療法がむずかしく，難渋している例も少なくないと思われる。文献上報告例は多くなく，治療法の記載も簡単である。筆者は3例の閉鎖症に行なつた治療経験を述べ，参考の一助としたい。

　Three cases of membranous closure of the anterior nasal choana through traffic accident or cause unknown were successfully treated by simple operative means without any further complications.

　The operation entailed the removal of membranous cicatricial tissues with subsequent resection of the anterior part of the nasal septum at the same sitting.
