　I．はじめに

　同一個体に発生した2個以上の原発性悪性腫瘍については1869年Billroth^1）によつて報告されて以来，数多く発表されてきた。最近われわれは，耳下腺癌とテント上に接して，大脳鎌後1/3に発生した髄膜腫の非常に稀な重複腫瘍症例を経験したので報告する。

　There are many reports on malignant tumors of the parotid gland, but the combination of carcinoma of the parotid gland with cranial meningioma seems rare. A woman, aged 41, complaining of pain around the parotid region was examined, and a biopsy taken from this area showed adenoid cystic carcinoma. The patient received the surgery for carcinoma of the parotid gland. After this operation, the patient complained of headache and visual disturbance. Cranial metastasis of parotid carcinoma was suspected, and CAG, VAG and CT scan were examined. The diagnosis of cranial meningioma was finally made, and radical operation was performed.
