Fibrosarcoma of Juvenille in Middle Fossa

I．はじめに

　中枢神経系のsarcomaには，硬膜，軟膜，くも膜，脳実質内にprimaryに発生したもの^{2,9,11,12,17）}，腫瘍剔出後照射によってsecondaryに発生したpost irradiation sarcoma^4,5,14），他臓器より転移したもの^8）等がある．

　Butlerらの研究によれば，頭蓋内腫瘍としてのsarcomaの発生率は頭蓋内腫瘍27,487例中0.5-2.7％，平均1.5％とみられている^3）．

A rare case with an extradural meningeal fibrosarcoma which invades and protrudes the skull bone and thines was reported.

The patient is a 14-year-old boy suffered from sudden onset of the peripheral facial palsy. Plain skull X-P and angiography showed no abnormal findings. He was diagnosed as Bell's palsy and treated with stellate ganglion block.
