気管ポリープの1症例

TRACHEAL POLYP

　I．はじめに

　気管および気管支の腫瘍は良性および悪性を問わず，比較的すくないものであるが，最近，気管支鏡およびレントゲン検査の進歩にともなつて欧米各国をはじめとしてわが国でもその臨床像の観察，診断，治療ならびに病理学的研究が容易になつてきた。

　今回われわれは頭部外傷による緊急気管切開内腔の瘢痕部に併発した炎症性気管ポリープの1例を経験したのでその概要を報告する。

　The diagnosis and treatment of tracheal and bronchial tumors, whether benign or malignant, have been highly advanced since the recent progresses made in the field of x-ray and bronchoscopical technics, both, abroad and in this country.

　The authors report a case of tracheal polyp in a girl,aged 5,which was successfully treated by bronchoscopy.The tracheal polyp was the result of complications derived from repeated tracheotomies, 10 consecutive times, performed for the emergency relief of dyspnea which occurred following the initial tracheotomy that was performed for the relief of dyspnea which resulted after an accidental head injury.
