　Ⅰ．緒言

　われわれは右顎下部から口腔底にかけて発生した腫瘍を，口腔底血管腫の疑いのもとに手術を行なつた所，唾液腺腫瘍としては稀とされているpapillary cystadenomaすなわち，乳頭性？腺腫と判明した1例に遭遇したので報告する。

　A 22-year-old female with chief complaint of intraoral swelling was operated and was found with papillary cystadenoma. Papillary cystadenoma is usually found in the ovary, the thyroid gland, and rerely in the salivary gland. In case of salivary gland involvement, the parotid gland is frequently affected. In the present case, however, it seemed developed in the sublingual gland. Papillary cystadenoma is usually thought malignant, and is treated with excision and/or x-ray therapy. The postoperative course of the present case was uneventful for 8 months.
